Instructors
Mike Murray is  the owner of O.P.P.T.I., and
instructs classes regularly.  Mr. Murray is retired from
the Upper Arlington Police Department where he
served 15 years as full time range officer.  He
previously served 4 years in the U. S. M. C..  Mr.
Murray is a lifetime member of the N.R.A. and is
certified as an N.R.A. Instructor.  He enjoys
competing in rifle, pistol, and shotgun at State,
National and International levels and has earned the
title of a World Class Shooter.
Jerry Smallwood is an instructor at O.P.P.T.I..  Mr.
Smallwood is a retired Chief of Police from the
Circleville Police Department, and is a State
certified instructor in multiple subjects including rifle,
pistol, and shotgun.  Mr. Smallwood is also a
member of the N.R.A..  Mr Smallwood is N.R.A.
Certified, C.C.W. Certified, and has 30+ years of
experience to share.
Ron Cordial is an instructor at O.P.P.T.I..  Mr.
Cordial retired from Columbus Police Department
after 25 years of working Wagon, Vice, Homicide,
S.C.A.T., and S.W.A.T..  Mr. Cordial is a State
certified instructor in Rifle, Pistol, Shotgun, Scoped
Rifle, Semi-Auto Rifle, and Full Auto.  Mr. Cordial
also served in the military working Executive
Protection Details in several foreign countries, is
N.R.A. Certified, C.C.W. Certified, and is Hunter
Safety Certified through O.D.N.R..  He is also a
lifetime member of the N.R.A..  Mr. Cordial is an
avid rifle, pistol, and shotgun shooter, and has
distinguished himself at State, National, and
International Levels

Tony Walton is our Chief Safety Officer with
O.P.P.T.I..  Mr. Walton has completed his Ohio
Peace Officer Training, and is currently
commissioned with Ashley Police Department.  Mr.
Walton is also an avid shooter.
